RETURN POLICY – Inner Direction

At Inner Direction, every product is made to order. This helps us reduce overproduction and waste — but it also means we don’t offer general returns if you order the wrong size or change your mind.
Please double-check the size guide before placing your order.


Damaged or faulty items

If you receive an item that’s damaged, misprinted, or otherwise faulty, we’ll fix it right away.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once your claim is approved, we’ll send a replacement at no cost or offer a refund.

Incorrect address


If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs for resending the package.

Unclaimed packages

Because products are made on demand, unclaimed packages cannot be returned to us or refunded.
If your order was returned due to it not being collected, we can resend it — but you’ll need to cover the shipping fee.

Cancellations

Production begins quickly. Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed.
After that, we can’t stop or refund the production process.
