Refunds for approved claims

If your item arrives defective or incorrect and the claim is approved, you can choose between:
  • A free replacement

  • A full refund to your original payment method

  • Refunds are usually processed within 3–7 business days.

    Non-refundable situations

    We do not offer refunds for:

    • Wrong size orders

    • Change of mind

    • Unclaimed packages

    • Orders already in production
